LIVING AREA
Unwind in the welcoming living area, furnished with two sofas and a chair. Gather around the 55” TV and watch favorite shows.
KITCHEN & DINING
Blend frozen concoctions in the margarita maker while you create delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen.
When it’s time to eat, gather around the wooden dining table for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly in the spacious master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, desk, and reading chair. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The second guest room is furnished with a queen bed and a lovely ocean-themed decor, while the cheery third bedroom features a queen bed with lots of natural light.
The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Kids can play in the grassy fenced backyard while burgers sizzle on the grill. Sip a crisp beverage as you lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the wraparound deck.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars between the carport and the driveway. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The living areas of this stilted home are accessed via a flight of stairs.
If traveling with a larger group, please inquire about the two additional vacation homes on the same block (one right next door and one a few doors down).

Dive into history at the Texas Maritime Museum (1.5 miles away) or venture 12.5 miles north to Goose Island State Park to witness The Big Tree -- one of the largest live oaks in the world.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
