NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a remote location. It does not have a neighborhood as there are no neighbors. There are, but you will most likely not hear or see them. You will be in nature with no one around except the occasional passing car or someone walking along the road or something similar.
You will want to come prepared as there are no large shopping centers close by. Orbisonia is about 5 minutes long and has some of the necessities.

● Space is accessible via a personalized code provided after booking. You can self-check-in upon arrival and come and go as you wish.

● Plenty of parking in the driveway for you to come and go.
THINGS TO NOTE | SAFETY & CONSIDERATIONS
● ID and security deposit are required to be submitted electronically before arrival. A rental agreement is also required to be submitted before granting access to the property. This is done electronically.
● The hot tub is on the back. There is no gate so children could have access to it. Children must never be left unattended.
● Bugs are a normal part of life here. We cannot guarantee a bug-free experience inside or outside of the building.
● Cell phone service may be limited for some.
● This is a remote location. In the rare event of a snowstorm, it may be more challenging to access. A small vehicle without good traction might not be enough.
● This is a remote location and the area teems with wildlife. We do not have significant concerns but, we do encourage awareness and the necessary precautions. For example, leaving food outside can attract unwanted wildlife.
● We do consider allowing photography shoots but, must be arranged beforehand.
● Additional guests after 6 do require additional cost. Please ask for details.
● Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm are installed and placed in compliance with the local municipal building code. There is one in the common living area
● Outside security cameras. Cameras record, are visible & are NOT inside of the building.
