Sunny island of Usedom, Zempin: 220 sqm, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna, fireplace, 600 m to the beach, wellness, dogs welcome and plenty of space for relaxation for young and old. The island love is very central in the small amber bath Zempin near Zinnowitz. The island is narrowest there and you experience pure Baltic island feeling. After only about 600 meters, partly through the beautiful coastal forest, you are on a real dream beach!
Villa island love:
Due to its size and equipment, the island love is ideally suited for large families, two families, groups of friends or people who simply want to treat themselves to the luxury of a lot of space. The house is equipped for 8 adults. There is also space for up to two babies / toddlers. We tried to plan, build and furnish everything in such a way that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with all amenities. In the island love you can almost look forward to bad weather, because a cozy day in the sauna, in the wonderful double bath, in front of the fireplace with a good book, large flat screen and 100 MBit Internet ..... is especially in autumn or winter also very nice and relaxing. Room layout: Ground floor: - 1 bedroom with a 180x200 cm box spring bed, TV - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the size 90x200 cm - 2 bedrooms with 160x200 cm box spring beds as a single room - wellness bath: sauna, double bathtub, walk-in shower, access to the view-protected Terrace (very pleasant after the sauna session) - shower room upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 180x200 box spring bed and workplace with LAN connection, TV - shower room - open living-dining-kitchen area with access to the large balcony and stairs to the garden level with terrace, TV, bosebox, fireplace The overall equipment is very high quality and hopefully has everything you need for a great vacation: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, hairdryer, underfloor heating, fireplace, sauna, grill ... ,
