Positive: The unit was absolutely beautiful it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Did Decor was very calming and neutral. The shower was huge with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer on premises; dishwasher tablets, soap pods, paper towels, toilet paper bathroom spray, towels or all provided. The location was ideal it was close to Graceland and Beale Street as well as the FedEx forum.. When looking on the map it looked like it was farther out of town than it was. Very convenient, definitely a safe neighborhood. Peggy's Heavenly homemade restaurant around the corner and Louie's Bar both are very welcoming with very good food and incredible Southern hospitality. We had a imall maintenance issue that was taken care of very quickly. The maintenance man and management were very helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The building was very quiet, we did meet some of the neighbors who are very pleasant to interact with.
Negative: There is nothing we disliked about this rental at all. It was perfect!
