The Space:
This spacious 6 bedroom 3 bathroom tri-level master craftsman bungalow offers old-fashioned architectural charm from the 1912 era. Step into this period home and admire the vintage touches of the wallpaper, wooden floors, and lighting fixtures. This one-of-a-kind historic property is centrally located in the trendy LoHi neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Enjoy spreading out and relaxing in the nooks and crannies of this quaint home, while having endless things to do nestled amongst the Mile High City.
Comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests, this home is perfect for large family living. Equipped with 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators, there is endless counter and cabinet space for easy cooking. Enjoy your family meal from the start, staying connected to your guests with an open window from the kitchen to the formal dining room. Hang out in the cozy living room, or utilize the large front porch or the fenced-in backyard for some time outdoors. A large laundry room, doubling as a mud room, accompanies the space, with a washer and dryer and all of your cleaning needs.
When staying in the city parking can be a hassle, however, with this property you will have access to 2 free parking spaces, available through the alleyway. There is also limited street parking available in the nearby area for short-term parking.
Please Note - This unit does NOT have air conditioning, however, our home is equipped with an evaporated (swamp) cooler. This type of cooler uses evaporation rather than chemical coolants to lower the temperature of the air. Please see the instructions posted in the home for specific directions. (if it's 95 degrees outside, it's about 80 degrees inside on the main level)
