Biking score 90!!! Comes with 2 parking spots, easy access to freeway. Great location .3 miles to freeway, .7 miles to beach, .3 to restaurants. breakfast at the harbor, hike in the mountains dinner downtown. Or a night in to Netflix and chill :) 3 Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi throughout!!
