Check-in is available from 4pm til 9pm. Late check-in is by prior arrangement.
A security deposit will be taken upon arrival. £50 for 3 / 4 night breaks, and £100 for 7 nights or more.

Please note, as this is a family oriented park, work parties are not accepted.
Single sex parties may be allowed by prior arrangement.
Accommodation information
All accommodations have 3 steps to the front door. There is parking available next to the accommodation for 1 car only. Additional cars need to be parked at the visitor car park.
Swimming Pool
The pool does not have a lifeguard, so lone swimming is not permitted. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 – please see swimming pool guidelines upon check-in.
Facilities
All facilities are available daily, however, opening times are limited Monday – Thursday.
The clubhouse and swimming pool are closed for the foreseeable future.
Building Work
There is currently ongoing work at the park developing new lodges, this is located at the top right hand side of the park which is across the lake. Work is being carried out Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm. Disruption will be kept to a minimum however some noise may be heard.
Security Deposit
Please be aware there is a security deposit payable on arrival of £50 for 3 or 4 night breaks and £100 for bookings any longer than this.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Unfortunately we do not allow work party bookings as we are a family orientated park. If you are a single sex party please telephone us to check availability.
