My house was built in the 40’s and updated in the 70’s and more recently 3 years ago. It has character and charm that is inviting, hopefully you will feel at home while staying there. The yard is almost an acre with a creek that borders the back of the property. There is a carport for 1 vehicle attached to a front porch with seating to enjoy being outside.
The kitchen has an electric stove, coffee pot and microwave with plenty of cabinets. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker but has ice trays. The washer and dryer are enclosed inside a pantry type closet. There is a steel connecting door between the 2 units that stays locked with a bolt lock so there’s no way to access either rental.
The bathroom is a Jack & Jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms, with a bathtub/shower combo.
Both bedrooms are very large with lamps and Roku TVs. The master has a desk and office chair should you need to work while staying there.
There is an attached studio apartment as well as an RV to the north side of the house. All rentals have private entrances as well as plenty of parking.
