Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was nice and clean and was furnished lovely. The beds were super comfortable.

Negative: They gave out no information about our room. I couldn’t get in the front door they didn’t get me the right code. The only code I got was for our room but I didn’t get a room number so we had no idea on what room we were staying in. If the are going to do it u manned then they need to give out more information before arrival. We spoke to other people staying there and they were having the same issue. The place is lovely but it took over 40 minutes before we could even get in the place. And then no room number. I had to ask the lady at the bar for a number to be able to contact them direct so we knew where we were staying.
