Positive: Good location, overall clean and comfortable.
Negative: Area is clearly smaller than the stated 50 m2. It was a studio, 30 m2 tops. The code to enter the house sometimes didn’t work and we had to try it over and over again. The contact from apartment wasn’t answering meanwhile.
Summary: Overall nice & cosy, but there definitely is room for improvement
