Positive: This is a beautifully presented property with everything you need. We stay in a lot of properties and this had by far the best facilities out of all of them. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, dishes and cooking equipment. They even had tea, coffee and sugar as well as handwash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! Everything was immaculate. Beautiful house! The owners were great at contacting us and responding to questions. Easy check in. Please note that it is a three bedroom house (one single, one twin and a double room with ensuite). There is a downstairs cloakroom and an upstairs bathroom - perfect for our stay. The reason I say this is the booking.com description isn't entirely clear. We will stay again.
Negative: Hardly any fault of the owners/property but it became rather noisy at night but only because there must have been a party in the area which spilled over onto the street in the small hours. We had to have the windows open because it was so hot so we couldn't do much about the noise. This is not a reflection on the property - the estate is new and beautifully kept. It wouldn't stop us returning as it was well located a short drive from a rowing regatta we were attending.
