Summary: The first thing we saw were ants on the first floor, by the front door, in the coffee bar area, half bath area and even the master bedroom. The second thing was the smell, pet and moldy smell. The floor and carpet needed cleaning. There were urine and other stains on the stairs and upstairs carpet. The master bath had two sinks, one wouldn’t drain. The tub upstairs could use a thorough cleaning. This home needs a lot of TLC.
