Wake up to a quiet breakfast on your outdoor patio overlooking the mountains. This Studio property allows you the space and privacy for a comfortable long-term or short-term stay.
This property is centrally located just a short drive from El Paseo (5 miles)and La Quinta Resort and Club (4 miles). (You will find convenient access to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, golf courses, and entertainment. The Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach location is just 7 miles away.
The kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar that seats two. The sleeping area offers a queen-size bed
There is one bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The living room offers a flat-screen and easy access to the patio overlooking the mountains
The patio features a gas barbecue and dining table.
The washer and Dryer are at the building behind our unit and is coin-operated. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Gate to community has a 9 feet clearance. No high-profile cars are allowed.

Summary: Great area, studio was a little dark as the mountain shadowed the sun a little. Clean, quiet. I didn’t have a chance to cook, so can’t speak to that. Safe, guarded community.
