The washer and Dryer are 15 steps away from the unit and is coin-operated.

The gated community requires gate notification for access.
Take Mountain Cove Drive South to Cabrillo Lane. Left on Cabrillo. The unit is at the first walkway on right.
Go thru the breezeway and the unit is on right.
Due to the extreme temperatures in the summer, we require that the AC temperature be set at a minimum of 74 degrees. If not followed there is a chance of the AC unit shutting down.
