You are welcome in my rural-cozy, high quality and lovingly furnished, quiet non-smoking apartment with south-west facing balcony and unobstructed mountain views. The in-house swimming pool & sauna will make your stay perfect.
The apartment is individually decorated and very cozy-rural. It has a living room (with double sofa bed) in warm wood tones, bedroom, children's room (1 bed) and kitchen as well as hallway, bath / WC and balcony. Books, games, CDs and hiking maps are available. All rooms are 100% supplied with natural power. In the same house are the apartments Gerling II (FEWO 2728931) and Gerling III (FEWO 2729057).
The kitchen is new and fully equipped, of course, with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils and plenty of tableware and cookware. The kitchen has a (4-star) high fridge freezer and a cooker with ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave. In the apartment Gerling I is no dishwasher!
The bathroom has underfloor heating, a bath, hair dryer and a vanity mirror
The balcony is equipped with balcony furniture, umbrella and deck chairs. The in-house swimming pool with a 10.50 meters long, 4.50 meters wide and 28 degrees water temperature is in the basement and is free of charge. Sauna, coin-operated washing machine and dryer are chargeable. Ski or Bicycle cellars are also located in the basement. Sled and highchair are available free of charge.
The condominium has a large parking lot.
The bus / ski bus stop (eg to Oberstdorf, Fischen and the ski paradise Grasgehren) is located directly in front of our condominium. The Hausskigebiet Grasgehren with fun park for beginners is 12 minutes by bus away, "Schwarze-Pistenfahrer" continue a bus station to Balderschwang
The "house of the guest", spa park with Kneipp facility, miniature golf course and good restaurants are only a few minutes walk. The entrance to the cross-country ski run and the village's "Idealhang-Lift" are just a few steps away. The Sturmannshöhle can be reached within sight and a short walk. The Breitachklamm is located in the neighboring Tiefenbach.
Obermaiselstein is a pretty family village, it is easily accessible by car, Deutsche Bahn or by coach. For train travelers, the destination station is Fischen, 3 km away. We are happy to pick you up! Under "Directions" we facilitate the approach route whether by car, train or bus.
