3 Bedroom House in Uptown, Dallas

This is the best neighborhood to experience in Dallas. Beautiful tree-lined streets, vintage lamp posts, dozens of bars, & restaurants in walking distance! Cool modern townhouse with eclectic furniture, private rooftop patio with a grill, and great views of downtown. Impressive amenities, & extra sleeping arrangements to fit the whole group.

State Thomas is the best neighborhood as it is right in the heart of uptown, close enough to downtown, Bishop Arts District, Deep Ellum, Oak Lawn, and Knox-Henderson. There are many great bars and restaurants in walking distance and Uber rides are very affordable considering the locality!
Uber is quick, cheap, and easy. It's only a $10 cab ride from Love field airport so unless you are planning on spending time outside of Dallas you don't really need a car. Even though parking is pretty easy for a big city, Dallas is a great city to let the driver do the work so you can enjoy yourself and the occasional drink.
AC- controlled by a Nest thermostat on 2 and 3rd floors.
Doors- Make sure you keep the rooftop door locked and deadbolted when not in use.
TV- We do not have cable TV. Just Netflix and Apple TV. It's turned on using the main remote and Apple TV remote.

Summary: Spent weekend in Dallas, me my mom and sister went to see my daughter who recently moved to Dallas. The house in uptown is in a great location and you can walk uptown. The house needed one more walk through before we got there.. Clean dishes left in dishwasher towels in dryer and sheets in washer but we finally. Found everything. The toilet seat in one bathroom was broken. We had to go to CVS to get bath soap so remember to bring that, it is not included. WASP nest on deck so we couldn’t sit out at night. All things that a good walk through could find and fix. Sofa was comfy. Kitchen was beautiful w Viking appliances. TVs worked fine. Fun family time in Dallas
