Enjoy this gorgeous desert home! Stunning brand new three bedroom, two bath home, state of the art kitchen and all the resort amenities-- pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball and desert trails! Perfect for a relaxing vacation or a fun filled trip with family and friends.
A perfect home for a relaxing getaway to enjoy the peace of the desert or an active vacation! This home is open and spacious-- perfect for a small group of family and friends to enjoy quality time at this mineral water resort.
The living space is open for cooking, dining and lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked for your use with dining space for six at the table and four at the kitchen island.
The living room has a TV with cable and ROKU for streaming. There is strong wifi throughout the home for working remotely. The laundry room is off the hallway and also provides access to the covered carport.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. large closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and office space. The third bedroom has two twin beds complete with games, books and activities.
The home is fully stocked with pool towels, tennis and pickle ball equipment and pool toys so you can fully enjoy your vacation in the desert without ever leaving the resort.
The driveway parks two cars with shaded cover with additional parking at the clubhouse, walking distance from the home.

RESORT:
Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Tiny houses and mid century style manufactured homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. There is even a farmer's market every Wednesday and a little market + cafe at the clubhouse.
LOCATION:
30 minutes from Palm Springs, 1 hour from Joshua Tree and 15 minutes from Coachella Valley Nature Preserve. You will feel the peace of being away from the world in the desert but can easily make day trips or go to the store for essentials. The resort has a market cafe at the west side clubhouse and Instacart delivers to your front door from Vons.
