Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains.
There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. Summary: We enjoyed bringing our furry friends on our stay. I guess since the property is pet friendly it isn't updated as much as it could be for guest enjoyment. Other family members rented another unit in the complex, which had newer flooring, furniture, & bedding. Also, the walls are very thin and all noises can be heard. Upstairs bathroom shower sounded like it was going to fall into living room while guests were showering. Caulking around the tub floor is failing. Overall the condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Some updates could make it a stellar rental property.
