This sunny, light filled modern home was completely renovated in late 2022. It is within easy access via bus or light rail to the many tourist attractions that Sydney and the Inner West has to offer.

The Ainsworth was beautifully renovated in late 2022 and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests making it an ideal base for your trip to Lilyfield in Sydney's Inner West. The house includes a car space out the front of the property for one small to medium car (dimensions are 2.5m wide X 4.3m).
The open plan living space has reverse cycle air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, timber floorboards, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a Smart TV.
There is a 6-seater timber dining table adjoining the lounge room with a complimentary highchair provided by your host if you are traveling with young children.
Leading out through the timber framed doors from the open plan living and dining area brings you to a private courtyard garden.
Guests will enjoy cooking and entertaining in the newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances and essential cooking utensils, including crockery, cutlery and kettle.
The upper level offers two queen-sized bedrooms both with with built-in wardrobes and reverse cycle air-conditioning and crisp white bed linen and towels. The main bathroom has a full bath and shower.
Downstairs there is a large third bedroom overlooking the courtyard with access to a separate ensuite and European laundry. Please note the downstairs bedroom has a portable air-conditioner.
This home is the perfect spot to enjoy all the attractions for a carefree, getaway with picnic areas, retail shopping, first class dining and entertainment right on your doorstep.
