• Outdoor shower on ground floor. (This will be closed during the winter season. Water is turned off to prevent pipes from freezing).
Both homes, hot tubs and outdoor areas is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. =)
Parking is in front of home in circular driveway, driveway out front, and behind the house in front of garage.

Brigantine is a quiet island just north of Atlantic City. A family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away!
Our impressive mansion is located in the "A-Zone" of Brigantine! This area is near the middle of town and consists of prime real estate!
Getting around in Brigantine is fairly easy!
Taxi and Uber/Lyft services are readily available, as well as bus service. The Atlantic City airport is only 20 min away, and the Philadelphia Airport is over an hour drive.
PARKING
Front of homes:
3 cars can fit in our circular driveway (402) in front of home and 4 cars in front driveway (406).
Back of homes:
An additional 2 cars can fit in front of garage in back of house (402) and another 2 cars in back in front of garage (406). Unfortunately, the garage is not available for parking at this time.
Beach block street parking is also prohibited.
EV charger available: Level 2, Tesla only
220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour. Please make us aware if it's needed.
TV's
We have TV's in all bedrooms and living room areas. Our TV's are Smart TV's; no cable available. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu & HBO!
TRASH
Trash day is Thursday. Please make sure to put all trash in bins outside with lids on. We have a trash pickup service that will take all trash morning of trash day.
HOT TUB
We'd love for you to enjoy our hot tub with the sounds of the ocean in the background!
But please use responsibly & refer to our hot tub rules under House Rules.
OUTDOOR BATHROOM/SHOWER
This will be closed during the winter months as our outdoor water is shut off to prevent our pipes from freezing.
BEACH TAGS

ELEVATOR
Every floor of the homes is accessible via the elevator. 2 person MAX! Please let us know if you need instructions on how to operate.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
• HOT TUB
- Hours: Please remember that our home is in a residential area. To be respectful of our neighbors, the use of hot tub & outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum past 9pm.
- No eating /drinking in the spa.
- Please use plastic cups around hot tub.
- No persons under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use hot tub.
- Swim suits required
- Pregnant women & persons with health related illnesses should consult with their physician before using hot tub
- Use restricted to individuals 18 yrs and older.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person
• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Must be respectful of neighbors.
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
