Positive: We could enter the apartment before the check-in time, and the entrance was straightforward. The apartment was very clean, organized, with a good layout, and plenty of space. All the rooms were very well equipped, including the kitchen (household appliances), laundry room (with even laundry detergent), bedrooms, and bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap).
Negative: Unfortunately, we had several problems, and none of them were resolved. The air conditioner/heater, the space heater (it was cold), and the washing machine, which we were counting on because some people were going straight to work on Monday, were all out of service. We reported these issues from the moment we arrived, and nothing was resolved. Many times, we didn't even receive a response to our messages; we had to keep following up.
Summary: A clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment, but unresolved issues affected negatively our stay
