The neighborhood has several parks which include basketball courts, playground equipment, picnic facilities and large grassy open spaces. Just a few minutes away is the Avondale Sports Complex which includes indoor soccer, basketball and workout centers for the general public at a small fee.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 car garage to make your stay feel truly welcoming. Before stepping outside, catch a game on the big screen TV. Outside you'll find an outdoor kitchen with grill, heated pool, comfortable patio furniture, and room for hours worth of relaxing conversations. Our home has AC, heat, & ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool on those hot Arizona days, and warm when it's chilly! There is a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom with king bed, and two additional bedrooms featuring double bunks. There is more than enough room to spread out and relax after a long day of fun!
Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice you.
This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.
