5 Bedroom House in Mission Viejo

This 5BR/3BA is fully equipped with three king beds, one queen, two foldout couches, and a blowup mattress.
The property is two story with a middle tier holding the Full Kitchen, Nook with a Table that seats six, a combined dining and game (pool and ping pong) table align with two large couches with a full sized TV and sound bar.
The Bottom Floor holds two bedrooms linked together to create a lockable suite, with one room serving as a living room (1 foldout and 1 regular coach) with a full sized TV. A full bathroom with a standup shower is outside the rooms and a locking door at the top of the stairs provides privacy as needed.
The upstairs has 3 Bedrooms (including the Master with a dedicated Bathroom) and the 3rd Bathroom.
The outside boasts a great turf front/side yard for yard activities, a lawn couch, and sun lounges. 2 separate patios (2 tables).
There is plenty of parking with driveway, street parking without a permit and an adjacent parking lot.
This property is Pet friendly with a great enclosed yard with a hill that pets can enjoy. A pet door is installed to allow pets to go outside themselves. There are two areas (turf and downstage paths o) enclosed with fences and gates when they need to be kept off the hills roaming alone.
A card provides access lake and 5 pools in the SAMLARC.org community (10-15 minute drive) included and a daily fee pool a 5 minute walk and 2-minute drive.
It’s a great location. It’s cose to the 5 Freeway. Disneyland (35 min), Beaches (20 min). Close to great restaurants at the Irvine Spectrum (15 min), the Mission Viejo Mall (Cheesecake Factory). Guests can walk to California Pizza Kitchen Del Taco, Chipotle, Trader Joe's and a liquor store. Bowling is further down in the walkable shopping center.
