Spacious and cozy apartment of 60m2 for 4 to 6 people in Orelle in the hamlet of Noiray, located 1.5 km from the gondola connecting in 15 minutes the area of the 3 valleys (Val Thorens, Les Ménuires, Courchevel) and 600 km of tracks.
From the gondola, you will have at your disposal a ski school, a sales and equipment rental shop, ski passes, tourist office, day care center.
Summer: Orelle is the ideal starting point for cyclists thanks to the proximity of the mythical Col de la Maurienne (Galibier, Iseran, Mont Cenis, Iron Cross, Glandon, Madeleine ...) The largest cycling area in the world!
For walkers, many hikes to discover the magnificent National Park of La Vanoise.
Many other activities at the rendezvous (lake, fishing, mountain biking, via ferrata, tree climbing park of Fort Marie Thérèse 20 minutes with its incredible and the world's longest and most exciting Zipline in the forest acrobatic course! (180m high, 640m long).
The apartment located upstairs of a house, contains a large living room with kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, mini oven, microwave, coffee (senseo), kettle, grill bread, raclette machine. The living room is equipped with a TV and 2 sofa with a sofa. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom is a mezzanine equipped with 2 single beds. Laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A deposit of 500 euros will be asked upon your arrival (check or cash). A cleaning fee is available if you wish (50 euros).
For stays of one week bed linen and towels are provided. For short stays, these are available only on request for a fee of 7 euros / person.

Summary: Very nice appartment, nice owner. Property somewhat remote but excellent spot for cycling famous cols of Maurienne valley. Well equiped kitchen, good bathroom with walk in shower. Only disadvantage is sleeping area in attick. Hot in summer and hard to ventilate. Sleeping couch in living room is of great quality.
