• Fire Pit Safety: Fires must remain fully contained within the fire pit. No large bonfires and no fires during windy conditions. Please clean the fire pit area after use.
• No Fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.
• Check-In: Early check-ins require prior approval. If needed, luggage may be stored in the screened-in porch until your check-in time.
• Grill Use: Please clean the gas or charcoal grill after each use.
• Rental Agreement: Guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement before arrival. All rules in the agreement, as well as those listed here, must be followed.
• Noise Monitors: Devices are placed in and around the property, set at high thresholds so regular activity won’t trigger them. They are solely to ensure a respectful environment for our neighbors.
