This villa has everything!
Amazing sea views from the living and kitchen as well as upper terrace.
This beautifully modern and newly refurbished (2019) living and fully equipped kitchen has fantastic views to the Mediteranean. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. (Heated pool optional in low season: +200 Euros per week). The outdoor area has well maintained gardens a cozy BBQ area and plenty sunlounges to relax by the pool or elsewhere in the garden area.
When entering the house the living room presents itself beautifully with marvelous views to the Mediterranean Sea . On the left hand there is access to a guest toilet. A staircase on the right hand will lead you to the ground floor, where all spacious bedrooms are situated. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 modern marble fitted bathrooms.
The gorgeous master bedroom has a double bed and TV and gives direct access to the terrace for morning tea. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower, double sink, toilet & bidet.
The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds with bathroom en-suite with shower, toilet and sink.
The third bedroom has a double bed with bathroom en-suite with shower, toilet and sink.
The fourth bedroom is with 2 single beds. of the 4 bedrooms give access to the terrace outside and adjoining poolarea.
From the terrace on the ground floor, you go directly to the well-maintained garden, which is divided into various different and cozy levels. You can enjoy late evenings under the covered dining area while preparing your food on the barbecue. Further down you find a large pool.
All in all: A fantastic home for your holiday with your family and/or friends.
This villa is situated only 35 minutes from Malaga Airport and approximately 8 km from Marbella Old Town. Puerto Banus takes 12 minutes by car.
There are a number of golf courses in the direct surroundings.
Prices are based on 10 persons.
Heated pool : extra cost 200€/week in cash on arrival.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. Ask the office.
