Second refrigerator located in the garage. There is also a washer/ dryer. Literally steps to the community pool or take the boardwalk to the beach. This Fabulous home is located in beach front Lost Colony Villas. The primary of this home has a king size bed and the second bedroom a queen bed & a twin day bed with twin trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. Each of the bedrooms has a private bath. The open living room / kitchen area has plenty room to gather in the evening. This community has a boardwalk to the beach and a community pool. Located on a secluded beach on Mustang Island this is the perfect place for a family vacation. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. No parking in the grass or street. Towing enforced by the HOA.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
