Our 4-bedroom house is perfect for a family to gather and spend a week together. The main level has a master bedroom with king size bed and dresser and 2nd bedroom with a full-size bed and a futon. The upstairs North bedroom has a full-size bed and dresser and across the hall is the south facing bedroom with 3 twin beds. We supply all bed linens, pillows and comforters.
The first level has two full bathrooms. One has a tub/shower, and the other is a wheelchair accessible shower. We supply all bath towels and hand towels along with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and hand soap.
The huge Great Room is equipped with large windows to view of the lake, 55" large screen TV with firestick access for live streaming your favorite shows, DVD player, and 2 sectional couches.
There is a Deck/Balcony off the main living area with a table and seating for 6. The lower-level patio has benches and a picnic table. There is a private fire pit and charcoal grill in the yard overlooking the beautiful lake and pebble beach. Charcoal and firewood not provided but feel free to use any supplies left behind by previous tenants.
The Kitchen has all granite counter tops, dish washer, microwave, Regular 12 cup coffee pot and a single cup Keurig, toaster and even a blender for drinks. All glassware, flatware and dinnerware are provided as well as cookware and bakeware. We supply kitchen wash cloths and towels, dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags.
The basement is not a finished basement but still fun. There is a pool table, Foose ball table, ping pong table and a set of couches and table and chairs for 4 to play cards if you like. An extra fridge and washer and dryer are provided in the basement as well. Supplies for the washer and dryer are the renter's responsibility.
Lake Erie Wine Country, Great Sunsets, 60 feet of private beach (closed to the public but shared by all of our surrounding tenants) and roughly 1/2 mile from Geneva on the Lake Strip.
Check in is after 3 PM and check out is PROMPTLY at 9 AM
