Maximum 6 guests allowed.🔇 Absolutely no parties/gatherings or drugs on the premises or you will be fined. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Please smoke outside and ensure you dispose of waste properly, not in the yard or on the outdoor furniture. 🐾No pets allowed. 🧼 We provide fresh linens and a starter supply of paper products and cleaning items. Also provided are closet hangers, laundry baskets, iron & ironing board🏡 📶 High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock—code will be provided before your stay. 🧽 We kindly ask guests to follow our checkout and light cleaning instructions before departure. ⚠️ For your safety: no running, diving, or rough play if your stay includes use of a pool or deck area.
