The main floor features hardwood floors, a living room with a gas fireplace, dining room with seating for 8 people, well-equipped kitchen with bar and dishwasher, family room with gas fireplace, guest bathroom, laundry room, and sunroom, a perfect yoga studio with a walkout to the deck. The deck offers a place to dine, lounge or simply soak in the hot tub – it’s under cover so take in those breathtaking sunsets rain or shine!
The upper floor has a master bedroom with a king sized bed (two connected twin mattresses), an ensuite bathroom and balcony. The two other bedrooms each have a desk and share a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed.
The house is equipped with highspeed internet, Netflix, cable TV and a variety of board games for your family to enjoy. It is located at the end of a cul de sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood in North Vancouver. There is parking on the driveway and on the street.
Walk out your doorstep and access the many hiking and biking trails. Ideal location for a celebrity home, given it's private location.
