Positive: The apartment is well located and there is plenty of free parking in the streets nearby. The wifi works well and the furniture is quite modern. The sofa bed is very comfortable. The check-in/check-out was contactless and worked well for us.
Negative: There are no towels provided. We were only told about this 2 days before we arrived. As we had been travelling already for 2 weeks, it was pure luck that we had towels with us... Only 3 of the 4 windows have curtains. Complete darkness for sleeping is therefore not possible. The apartment is full of decorative items that easily create dust. As it is a small studio, these pieces have to be moved to make room for our own things and it was quite a job (that was specifically required!) to get everything back in place by the time we left. It was expected that we vacuumed by the time we checked out. I was quite shocked by this request as I have never been asked to do this before (and we are frequent travellers) and we paid the cleaning fee on booking. No kitchen paper is given and only one roll of toilet paper. The general feeling we got from the house rules and equipement was that we were afraid to touch or use anything and that we were only given the very, very basics!
