This is the historic Leibhardt church converted into a cozy and chic home with an in-ground pool and hot tub. It used to be a Christmas tree farm back in the day! Now it sits on a quiet street with a lovely, breezy yard full of trees to look up at from the swimming pool lounge area.

A fully renovated kitchen is available to use with a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and stove/oven. Plenty of wine glasses for your group as you sit out in the sunroom, an expansive lounge area with massive windows.
BEDROOMS:
- 1 Queen Bedroom on main floor with Large Closet
- 1 Queen Lofted Bedroom (not enclosed) which overlooks the living/dining area
SUN ROOM:
- Lounge sun room filled with light because it is entirely glass walled. Great for playing games or just reading a book. Small dining table for 4, hammock, chaise lounge, and wall-mounted AC/heat.
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM:
- Roku TV and record player in the sitting area
- Dining table for 4
*The pool is officially open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
*There is no washer/dryer at this home. The nearest laundromat is 22 minutes away by car.
* Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this home. Be sure to check out our other listings if you plan on bringing your furry friend!
You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- This house does not have a backup generator
- This property cannot be used for commercial purposes
