Summary: Not good especially in the daytime, yet it was only 7 am, not cooling enough. We wish we could adjust the thermostat from our room. Our BR sink was draining so slow, sink soap dispenser not dispensing, empty or out of order. Otherwise, staff were respectful & receptive to the complaints.
