Magnificently finished, and with every amenity that you will need, our home will be perfect for your true Alaskan vacation. Situated 55 minutes from downtown Anchorage, Big Lake is one of the most popular summer and winter recreational destinations.
Here in Big Lake, we are right in the flight path of all Denali flight-seeing trips as well as fly-in fishing trips out of Anchorage and most operators know our house, have your flight seeing or fly-in fishing guide pick you up and drop you off right at our dock! A tour of the lake can be arranged on a 15 person pontoon party boat. Within this listing you will see photos of all rooms. We have a boat launch for your use as well as a double jet-ski dock and 5 boat dock that is also used for float plane pickups. Everyone enjoys the massive lakeside stone fire-pit. We boast three surround sound stereo systems as well as speakers embedded in the rocks of the fire-pit. You can jam tunes in the hot-tub while you run in and out of the steam bath and sauna before you cool off in the lake. The kitchen is fully gourmet, you will find everything. The kids will love the 100 inch home theater as well as the air-hockey table, the pool table, foosball table, and ping-pong. We also have a home gym that is better than most hotels.

A car is necessary to travel to and from our home. But, if you would like to take a break from navigating the car and enjoy a relaxing day trip, an Alaska Railroad Depot is located 15 miles away in Wasilla. From there, you can take the train Northbound to Talkeetna, Denali National Park, and Fairbanks, or Southbound towards Anchorage.
