Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. Everything looked new. The kitchen was well equipped, even for a longer stay (we had 4 nights). Good shower. It is a short walk of 20 mins to the centre of town or railway station. Big parking space outside the front door. Right opposite is a petrol station with a mini-supermarket, which is well stocked. My comment on value for money was based on the price when I made the booking. It seems to have gone up a lot since.

Negative: We knew from other reviews that there would be traffic noise. But the bedroom at the rear is very quiet. If you are going to use the bedroom at the front, and noise bothers you, just bring earplugs - like on an aeroplane. That fixes it!! I am not keen on brushed cotton bedding, but that’s just a personal preference. Also one pillow per person (even a large square one), was not really enough.

Summary: Really nice, well equipped, clean apartment convenient for visiting family.
