The Space:
There will be a great view from the ocean from most parts of the house.
We have put a special effort in having great beds and great showers as we think these are the most important aspects of a great stay.
The kitchen is all equipped and you can hire staff so you don't have to lift a finger.
We will provide beach items such as towels, chairs and a private spot for you to enjoy the days at the beach. Bonus: this area is usually isolated as it is located inside a private Condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole area at the house and also an area at the beach.
The Neighborhood:
Itapororoca is a private residential Condo. You can be at the most famous landmark in Trancoso, Quadrado square, in about 15 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
Being at the Itapororoca Condo you will be able to access the beach by foot but all contact with the city must be done by car.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Other Things to Note:
The house offer staff for cleaning, cooking and mainteinance od the pool and garden from 7A.M to 5 P.M.
We also offers a concierge service. This way we prepare menu suggestions and purchase kitchen supplies
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
