Just a quick glance at the large turquoise-coloured pool in the middle of the well-tended green garden is enough to make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Outside, you will find an outdoor kitchen and a covered outdoor dining area - perfect for cooking delicious meals and enjoying them together under the stars. Children are sure to spend lots of time in the outdoor area, as there is a small playground in the garden. Adults can join in the outdoor fun and let off some steam in the fitness area.
The indoor area is just as enchanting as the outdoor area. For this reason, the house was also honoured with an award thanks to its stunning design. On the stylishly furnished ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bright living room with direct access to the sunny terrace, a separate toilet, wellness area and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The villa offers a wine fridge - sit back in the comfortable lounge and enjoy breathtaking sunsets with one of the best Istrian drinks in your hand, which you can get in the bar at a good price.
