This Luxurious, three floor villa is located between the popular Meia Praia beach and the Local Marina.
Well-equipped and furnished, this villa has four bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area, a lift, sauna, pool, garden, and amazing views over the Meia Praia beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the historical town of Lagos. The ground floor is composed with two bedrooms, all en-suite, a small toilet and the garage. Both the bedrooms have windows that will lead you straight to the pool and garden area.
The middle floor is a large open room with a fully fitted kitchen, which has a balcony with a built-in BBQ, a lounge and dining area. The lounge and dining area have huge windows that will lead you to a huge balcony. This floor also has a toilet.
The top floor has the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom with a built-in sauna and shower. One of the bedrooms has a balcony facing the front of the property and the Master bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower, a walk-in closet and an enormous balcony facing the back of the property.
All the floors are connected through a spiral staircase and a lift.
The property is faced south/west, which means the rear of the property, where the pool and garden are located, has the sun all day long.
Really well located, The Meia Praia beach is only a 5 minute walk away, if that, and the local Marina is a 3 minute walk away. From the Marina you have a small bridge that will give you access to the stunning Avenida which will take you straight to Lagos town center. It’s a 10 minute walk away.
The use of the Sauna is conditioned to an extra weekly fee of €100.
