Positive: Cleanliness of the unit. All of the furnishings were extremely comfortable. Easy access and close proximity to the beach. Smooth check in - check out process. Looking forward to renting again in the near future.

Negative: Possibly have a portable fan for the unit as there are no ceiling fans to move the air around the unit

Summary: Excellent condo, easy access ground floor with wonderful neighbors around
