Our flat lot ensures easy access to the water—no stairs required! Gather around the firepit for hotdogs and s’mores under the stars (firewood not included).
The private dock is perfect for tying up your boat or jet skis, and there’s ample boat trailer parking—just be sure to keep vehicles on the stone-covered areas and driveway (no parking on the grass). If you need a rental, Momentum Marine is nearby.

We are located on the east side of the Hwy 49 bridge. Some boats may not fit under the bridge—please check with us for details.
We have a boat ramp, but it is very narrow. We recommend launching only jet skis from our ramp.
