Monthly FURNISHED 2 bedroom daylight space, rent includes water, gas, electricity and WI FI. This space is set up for a professional with up to 2 children ages 10 and up or non crawling infants.
Master bedroom has a king purple mattress with brand new linens.
Second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser. In addition, there is a porta crib and linens for your use.
Huge kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, gas range and oven, quiet dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster oven, and fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware and all kitchen essentials. Three bar stools allow for extra seating in the main living room adjacent to the kitchen.
Dining table with six chairs and two leaves for expansion. There is also a piano for your use.
Living room has a leather couch, large TV with DVD/VHS player and a host of adult and children's movies.
Large Roman bath with tiled walk in shower and huge soaking tub. Large linen closet in the bathroom with all of the linens you would need.
Washer and dryer, with large closet full of cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, fans and laundry supplies.
Exercise area with squat rack, adjustable bench, lateral pulldown, row, DBs, plates and mini trampoline.
Outdoor patio with covered table seating 6. Large shared fenced yard.
NO ANIMALS including service animals due to owner's allergies. No smoking, smokers, drug use, large parties or gatherings. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am.

Summary: We stayed in this lower level property for a month and was very comfortable. New modern kitchen and bath and very comfortable beddings. Very convenient location close to everything. The host was very good and always responded immediately to anything we needed.
