Summary: The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room lacked the proper lighting and felt very dark and coffin like. The thermostat on the wall that was supposed to control the air conditioning did not control anything. I had to remove the decorative screen surrounding the air air-conditioning system. Every time I wanted to modify the temperature or the fan speed both of these things seem like they’re very easy to fix. I would also add more outlets or USB ports for people to charge their devices. Currently there isn’t a single USB port in there and very minimal outlets to plug into.
