Positive: The apartment has a nice living room with large table, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and spacious sunny deck. Good water pressure for hot showers. The large public parking lot was free during our stay. Reasonably quiet. About 8 minute walk to old town.
Negative: The king bed mattress must be replaced (as others have stated). It is badly worn and uncomfortable. Nice kitchen but poorly equipped: tea bags but no kettle or teapot; nice oven but no oven mitts or pot holders; one pot; no collander; no corkscrew, bottle opener, or can opener; no wine glasses. No juice, milk, cereal, or yogurt for the included breakfast. No instructions for the washing machine or the underground parking.
