Positive: The apartment is nicely situated about 10 taximinutes ( about 12€ during the day and 15€ in the evening to Seville old town)outside of the old centre of Sevilla, also an autobus right in front of the door( just a few euros) If reserved with the owners @ a small fee, a very nice and large parking garage is right in front of the apartment. The apartment in itself is very comfortable and beautifully decorated in a mox of nice traditional tiling and modern light furniture. The owners are super helpfull and friendly, and can help you with transfers and good tips for traditional restaurants. The area itself is a nice neighborhood were you can enjoy very nice and low priced meals, right were the locals eat. Air conditioning works great, the pool is also very nice, and a bakery and supermarket are right next door.
Negative: Everything was really nice, we stayed for 3 nights.
