Positive: Well this was for sure a cute place , especially if you want some privacy. All the basic needs are provided. There is warm water, wifi, one gas pit etc. There is also a desk. And in front of the place you can hang out outside, especially as I came for the healthy air. I especially liked the location cause it's far enough from touristic vibes and also from busy car roads. It's more in a local silent but alive neighbourhood which I always prefer. But it's still close to everything and the place where you can tap the mineral water. I had a bit of an issue with the shower the first day. But the host immediately came to fix it and took me and the upper neighbours to a national park the next day. He also had his self made wine with him. (Strong but good) I came with the bus from Tblisi and he picked me up from the station. I left early in the morning, so if needed to walk the busstation isn't far away at all.
Negative: Sadly the place was also very humid. The area itself is extremely humid so it's kind of normal with places so close to the ground. But I would not advice it to people being asthmatic. It's rather a place for people that want to do some hikings in the neighborhood and leave their stuff behind and then just come back to sleep and prepare their provision for the next hike. But the host is very nice and will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
