Positive: The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Place looks to be cleaned but not recently since there were cobwebs. Apartman is spacious and has two very nice terraces. There is a place to hang laundry. It is quiet, and the view at the sea and mountains is amazing.
Negative: The mattress on the bed was old and not the most comfortable. It was a bit further from the beach than advertised. The bath tub is a bit high, and a large portion was taken by the boiler. And the sink was lower to the floor than it should be.
