Positive: Quiet location, access to a garden, open plan living, comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, general cleanliness and closeness to food shops.
Negative: Kitchen equipment could do with a few additions: a vegetable peeler and a (Pyrex?) measuring jug would have made a couple of tasks easier. Also a washing up sponge with a green abrasive back or a washing up brush - anything other than just half a j cloth, which wasn't quite up to the job of general pan washing.
