The master is private and separate from the other three bedrooms, including a walking closet and large bathroom with great soaker tub. The master has a fifty inch smart TV with a wireless cable box. The living room has a sixty five inch smart TV also with a wireless cable box. The living room has a beautiful leather sectional and even a beverage center! The kitchen is a full working kitchen with place settings for up to eight. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless appliances including stove, dishwasher, air fryer and the fridge having a purified water and ice maker. No need to pack your toiletries this house has it all including hair dryers. Laundry room has a top of the line front loading washer dryer set and even comes with an iron and ironing board. House can be cleaned during longer stays for an added cost. The house comes with a fast free long range WiFi connection.
The private yard is perfect for entertaining with three separate sitting areas. Loungers for those out to soak up the amazing rays of the Arizona sunshine while sitting around the beautiful pool oasis.
