Ashwood House is a delightful detached house resting in Grampound in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
There are three bedrooms: one king-size, one king-size with an en-suite bath, walk-in shower with water jets, sink, heated towel rail and bidet, and one twin with an en-suite walk-in shower. There is a WC, heated towel rail and walk-in shower on the ground level. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, AGA electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and wine cooler, as well as a Smart TV. There is also a utility with washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The heating-system is oil-fired. For entertainment, there is a variety of books and games available to borrow, as are two Smart TVs and WiFi. Woodburning stove, fuel, electricity, and a starter kit are all included in the rental price. Rent includes linens and towels. Off-street parking is plentiful. The backyard has a BBQ and chairs that can be covered from the elements. Welcome to bring two well-behaved pets. Sorry, but smoking is not permitted.
