Summary: Staff were very nice. I appreciate them staying open in the winter as it was hard to find open hotels in this area in January. Unfortunately the room was rather chilly and I think someone either smoked in the room or right outside the window before we came, but I suspect in the summer this would be a five-star place with warmer weather and an option to leave the window open to air out smoke. The staff were so kind I didn't complain about anything.
